Anna Pilpre, AMFT
I offer therapy as a relational and grounding space where presence, curiosity, and connection support meaningful change. As a therapist and birth doula, I bring a steady, compassionate approach to supporting people through life’s transitions, challenges, and moments of deep intensity. My work is rooted in feminist and LGBTQIA+ affirming values and informed by Narrative Therapy, ACT, and IFS. I work with individuals, couples, queer parents, and families navigating identity exploration, relationships, perinatal and postpartum experiences, and major life transitions. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy being fully present with my three children, getting around by bike, running in the Santa Monica Mountains, and traveling whenever I can.
