I believe therapy is most meaningful when it offers both insight and practical support. Together, we explore the deeper roots of what’s bringing you in while building tools that create meaningful change in everyday life. My work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment challenges, communication difficulties, life transitions, grief, and self-worth concerns. With children and adolescents, I provide a supportive and engaging space to explore emotions, build confidence, and strengthen coping skills while working closely with parents and caregivers. With couples, I incorporate Gottman Method principles to improve communication, deepen emotional connection, navigate conflict more effectively, and rebuild trust, helping partners move out of stuck patterns and toward healthier, more connected relationships.
