Jasmine Franco, AMFT

Often, we hide parts of ourselves that long to be seen and heard. Whether these parts developed as a means of survival or you're simply feeling stuck, my hope is that our work together helps you deepen your self-understanding, reconnect with yourself, recognize patterns, and build a life that feels more authentic. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where my goal is to deeply understand your world while helping you notice the parts of yourself that deserve compassion and gentle attention. I have extensive experience working with young adults navigating mood disorders, single parenting, and child and adolescent trauma. That said, I enjoy working with clients of all ages and am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking and baking, tending to my garden, jogging through my neighborhood, practicing restorative yoga, and spending time with loved ones. Taking the brave step to even consider therapy is worth recognizing, and I'm grateful you've taken the time to learn more about me. Finding the right therapeutic fit is an important part of the process, and I look forward to the opportunity to connect and explore whether working together feels like the right next step in your journey.
