Jasmine Franco, AMFT

I believe healing begins with understanding the many parts of who we are, including the relationships, experiences, and environments that shape how we move through the world. If you've spent much of your life adapting to others' expectations or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can offer a space to reconnect with who you are and build a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values. My approach integrates psychodynamic, relational, mindfulness-based, somatic, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspectives to help clients deepen self-understanding, recognize patterns, and foster meaningful change. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, and I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients as they navigate belonging, burnout, and self-worth. Above all, I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to approach themselves with greater curiosity and self-compassion. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking and baking, tending my garden, and practicing Pilates and restorative yoga.
