Piyola Derbarseghian, AMFT
If you’re feeling stretched thin—trying to juggle work, relationships, and family expectations—I offer a space to slow down and reconnect. I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy, anxiety, cultural and intergenerational dynamics, and the push-pull of career and personal life. As an Iranian-Armenian immigrant and second-generation college graduate, I understand the complexities of living between cultures while staying true to yourself. My style is warm and collaborative, drawing from psychodynamic and humanistic approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll explore patterns that no longer serve you, build self-trust, and make room for the life you’ve been longing for. Outside of therapy, I recharge with walks, sunshine, and time with loved ones.
