Tessa Kraemer, AMFT

One of the deepest wounds we can carry is the feeling of being misunderstood or abandoned–left to navigate pain alone. My approach is to walk alongside you using a trauma-informed, psychodynamic approach that gently explores how early relationships shape who we are today. I work with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, including adults who had to grow up too fast, LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples working on communication, and teens and young adults navigating life transitions. You are the author of your own story, and I'm here to help you uncover what that story is. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me snuggled up with my dog, Toby, deep into the latest hit TV show, or belting out songs in the car on my way to the beach.
