I believe therapy offers a space to slow down, gain perspective, and better understand the experiences and patterns that shape how we move through the world. Over time, this process can foster greater clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful change. I approach my work with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story, creating a grounded and collaborative environment where clients feel safe, supported, and accepted as they explore whatever is arising for them, whether it feels clear or uncertain at first. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and holistic, and I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, perfectionism, self-esteem, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting highly sensitive individuals and those seeking a deeper sense of authenticity, balance, and self-trust. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy gardening, painting, spending time in nature, and sharing meaningful moments with the people and animals I love.
