Evi Zaimi, APCC
I believe therapy offers an opportunity to reconnect with your authentic self and find your way back home to who you are. It provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what matters most to you at a pace that feels right. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring each person’s unique story, values, strengths, and lived experiences. I work with adults, couples, families, children, and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and concerns related to self-worth and identity. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can explore your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt lost, forgotten, or overlooked. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, healing, and a stronger sense of connection to yourself and others. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, hiking, dancing, spending time by the ocean, and connecting with loved ones.
