Jessica Osowsky, APCC
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness, resilience, and compassion. I work from a primarily psychodynamic perspective while integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, expressive arts, and evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. I have experience supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and concerns related to identity and self-esteem. I am also a certified Art Therapist and hold certifications in Women’s Mental Health and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine, reflecting my commitment to the connection between emotional, physical, and psychological well-being. I believe healing begins within a safe, authentic therapeutic relationship, and I feel honored to support clients as they build insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
