Kaela Cashner, AMFT
I believe that feeling truly understood and accepted can be a powerful starting point for growth. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both personal perspective and professional experience to creating a space where clients feel comfortable showing up as themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I work primarily with teens and young adults, particularly young women, navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, family challenges, addiction, and self-esteem. Together, we'll explore patterns, build self-trust, develop practical coping skills, and find new ways to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and understanding.
