Kathy Sarai, AMFT
If life’s been feeling like a lot lately—overwhelming, disconnected, or just plain stuck—I offer a space to slow down, feel seen, and start untangling what’s been weighing on you. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges, especially those moments when closeness feels out of reach. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious, blending professional training with lived experience and a culturally responsive lens. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and build new ways of relating that feel safe, connected, and true to you. I speak Farsi and love working across cultures. Outside the therapy room, you'll find me playing pickleball, traveling, or spending time with family and friends.
