Kaela Cashner, AMFT

My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered and humanistic principles, with a deep belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to show up as they are—without judgment or pressure to be anything other than themselves. I work primarily with teens and young adults, particularly young women, who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, family dysfunction, addiction, and other life challenges. As a neurodivergent clinician with lived experience related to many of the concerns I support clients through, I bring both clinical training and genuine empathy to the therapeutic relationship. Together, we can explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, build insight and self-trust, and develop practical tools that feel meaningful and realistic for your life. I believe therapy can be both a space for meaningful growth and a place where you feel genuinely understood, supported, and accepted along the way.
