My style is collaborative and down-to-earth, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you can be fully yourself. I take a holistic approach to counseling, honoring the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual parts of what make us human. Outside of session, you’ll find me soaking up the sun with my husband and our spunky cattle dog or diving into a new creative project.
